Thank you for your monthly subscription to my virtual live and recorded classes!  I look forward to moving with you to make your bones and muscles stronger, and to improve your balance, flexibility and posture. Make sure you have a clear space in which to work, with no tripping hazards or things to bump into. Feel free to contact me with questions or feedback regarding my classes - I welcome suggestions!

Suggestions for your Training:

I strongly suggest you invest in a 48” piece of PVC pipe, that is ¾ inches round. We will use this for many classes (it can be purchased at a hardware store and they will cut it for you–cost is under $3.00, usually). Other props we use are a light-to-medium tension circular resistance band, a small Pilates ball inflated to about 7 inches in diameter, and a long resistance band or tubing. I’ve included a few links here that should suffice for our training!
