Strength - ODD Position Strength 11/14/24

This strength/core/flexibility class focuses on movement function and integration of the whole body. A 48" PVC pipe is recommended, but a broomstick can work. Dumbbells are used to increase intensity of exercises, but they are not required. Appropriate for all fitness levels. The SKILL focuses building strength from uncommon (or odd and life-like) positions. USE LIGHTER dumbbells for these movement.
